What Went Wrong?

Plain English

The earlier failure pattern was not a visual dashboard problem. The gateway was interrupting active work before durable files were written, so messages looked acknowledged while the actual artifact never appeared.

This dashboard exists to make that visible: users should be able to tell whether Grim is offline, rate-limited, processing, or simply waiting.
